Support Your Local Weed Man ships all orders based on the address given at the time the order is placed. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address. Please contact us at Info@supportyourlocalweedman.com if your order contains a wrong address. Customers are responsible for any reshipment cost due to an insufficient address.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered to a customer. It is the customers responsibility to reach out to the carrier to resolve any issues with lost or stolen packages. Please arrange for someone to retrieve your package to prevent stolen packages.

Due to the nature of our products during the summer months, please make sure products are not left outside in the heat for long hours. NO REFUNDS will be given for products ruined by being left outside in the heat.
